1. Email addresses for our waitlist
2. Your name and mobile phone number when you enroll in a Copilot Health care program by phone or on our enrollment site
3. Messages, photos, and voice interactions you choose to share with Ava, our care companion, so that your care team can follow up
4. Any information you choose to provide in communications with us

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

1. Provide the Ava care-companion service, including replying to your calls and text messages and sharing what you send with your care team
2. Verify that you hold the phone number on your account
3. Communicate with you about our products and services
4. Send you updates about our launch
5. Improve our services and develop new features

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you enroll in a Copilot Health care program and consent to text messaging, we will send SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. These messages are care-companion replies from Ava, follow-ups about photos or requests you send us, and account or setup notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

1. Opting out. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can resume by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@copilothealth.com.
2. Your consent is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any Copilot Health product or service.
3. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third party, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messaging service (for example, our telecommunications carrier), and they may not use it for any other purpose.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

1. With your care team and healthcare providers involved in your care, as part of the service you enrolled in
2. With service providers who process information on our behalf (such as hosting, telecommunications, and messaging providers), bound by confidentiality obligations
3. When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Copilot Health, our users, or others

Data Retention and Security

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations, and we use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it.

Your Choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of text messages (reply STOP) or marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link), by contacting us at privacy@copilothealth.com or at the office address below.
